Guiding Movie Stars

With “Captain America: (ready to battle the) Winter Soldier,” does the rest of the fabled cast have a prayer of staying buoyant at the box office? Will the mighty “Noah” sink or swim? Maybe the strong Schwarzenegger will have the ultimate comeback and “Sabotage” the seasonal soldier, etc. (probably not). Can those bouncy “Divergent” divas continue to divert the focus away from the more mature movie pack with their youthful energy? The oh-so-wise “Mr. Peabody and Sherman,” along with the always-youthful cast of the “Muppets Most Wanted,” has captured the attention of animated aficionados of all ages, but will movie lovers continue to clamor to their animated tales of time travel and mistaken identity? Those looking for grand cinematic accommodations are traveling in the right direction, as “The Grand Budapest Hotel” is currently taking reservations. Hollywood types and Heaven sorts are gratified that “God’s Not Dead,” as the holiest of genres clearly has many thought-provoking tales to tell beneath that benevolent sky.
Perhaps the stars will continue to guide all those make-believe beings looking for a real spot on the big screen. Our latest captain, crusaders and all-around cool casts certainly hope so!
From seaside days to starry nights, may the most entertaining light guide you to the biggest Hollywood celebration this weekend…
