Will The Hunger Games: Mockingjay-Part 2 continue to slaughter (in the nicest, most entertaining way) the competition or might Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur prove too good to beat? Perhaps everyone’s favorite champ Creed, in perfect fighting form, will make a believer out of even the most cynical of audience members. James Bond has been fighting the enemy for decades, bringing his spectacular Spectre team with him. Who doesn’t believe in that guy? Perhaps the Christmas demons circling the Krampus crew will be able to summon a slew of moviegoers with the promise of a cinematic Christmas miracle. Will the ghost of Movies Present be able to conjure up a miracle for Victor Frankenstein, who, let’s face it, is way creepier than those aforementioned festive demons?
Maybe what we all need after last week’s turkey fest (other than a good workout) is a peaceful visit with some old (non-creepy) friends courtesy of The Peanuts Movie, whose lovable, long-running cast always reminds us of the happiest things in life (alongside the people, and, naturally, the movies, we love year after year).
Which of our lovable tales will bring happiness to your weekend?
