The Heroes Continue to Find Justice

Audiences once again found the heroes hanging out within their local movie theater to be the coolest kids on the movie planet, sending Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice to the top spot at the domestic box office for its second weekend. Finding their own brand of cinematic justice from a much-lower (but more critically-admired view), the residents of Zootopia were still the talk of the animated town. Talking at a rapid rate, the guests taking in My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 were feeling a bit nostalgic for original films gone by. Audiences were going around reiterating God’s Not Dead 2 those lost souls seeking cinematic as well as spiritual guidance this post-Easter weekend while Miracles From Heaven continued to pour into our heavenly albeit imaginary, soul-seeking world.

Can you imagine a more heavenly place to get lost than your local movie theater?

Estimated Domestic Box Office Results:

  1. Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice $52.4 million.
  2. Zootopia $19.8 million.
  3. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2 $11.1 million.
  4. God’s Not Dead 2 $8.1million.
  5. Miracles From Heaven $7.5 million.
