The Jungle Rules

The Jungle Book was once again the most well-read story this weekend at the movies, to the happiness of readers and movie lovers alike. Prequel The Huntsman: Winter’s War continued to brawl with its less wintry competition while Keanu was keeping it comedically real from a respectable box-office locale. Paying due respect, Mother’s Day arrived early, bestowing the gift of stars to its romantic comedy-seeking audience. Barbershop: The Next Cut was still scoring in the comedic sequel genre.

A cat competed within a competitive, animal-loving jungle, moms had their day, winter went on and comedy remained the fashionable rage.

Beauty in many forms was all around!

Which of our beauties brightened your world this weekend?

Estimated Domestic Box Office Totals:

  1. The Jungle Book $42.4 million.
  2. The Huntsman: Winter’s War $9.4million.
  3. Keanu $9.4 million.
  4. Mother’s Day $8.3 million.
  5. Barbershop: The Next Cut $6.1 million.
