The Best of Movie Times

Another imaginative weekend is before us, leaving us to contemplate our many movie choices. Will Deepwater Horizon leave moviegoers deep in thought or will its cast soon be heading toward that cinematic horizon, far removed from the coolest characters? Is Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children the cool place to be escaping to this weekend? Making westerns cool again, The Magnificent Seven hope to continue along their magnificent path indefinitely while that always-cool-under-pressure Sully prepares his inevitable landing outside of the limelight.

Still flying high, those hardworking Storks aren’t ready to land anytime soon. How much longer can they deliver the goods?

What about The Girl on the Train? Is she traveling on all cylinders? Will success put her on the right track?

On a more-education front, will Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life end up having the best time on the big screen? Will The Birth of a Nation indicate the start of the best of times in our movie nation or will its oppressed characters continue to suffer thanks to those big box-office bullies (a.k.a. the more popular characters?)

It’s a something-for-everyone weekend! Middle schools with peculiar kids in attendance, travels by train and by air, seven outlaws, several storks and one national birth with a deep horizon overlooking it all!

Which of our countless tales are you looking forward to this weekend?
