THOR: RAGNAROK took hold of the top spot at the domestic box office, in a really big way, as big-time battlers are known to do, welcoming the biggest crowd to the cinematic skirmish. Audiences felt no remorse while watching A BAD MOM’S CHRISTMAS, finding its celebrants battling their own kind of bad experience. Moviegoers were once again experiencing a puzzlingly entertaining time courtesy of JIGSAW.
Having missed the memo that holidays are changing, TYLER PERRY’S BOO 2! A MADEA HALLOWEEN continued to experience the fun and fear (calendar be damned) within while a frightening GEOSTORM continued to erupt in movie theaters coast to coast.
It was a puzzling weekend for movie lovers, who discovered heroes among endless storms, as Halloween and Christmas comedies strangely collided.
