Family Festivities

Now that Ben is Back for the holidays, can we expect a return to good, old-fashioned family drama, courtesy of always-good, drama-inspiring Julia Roberts? Good guy Creed II certainly offers heavyweight drama, with a grateful assist from rhythmic but intense Bohemian Rhapsody. Lightening up a bit, those Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald promise to add even more fantasy to the festivities while Dr. Seuss’ The Grinch continues to prove that even the grouchiest among us have a lighter side. Also more delightful than dramatic, reigning champ Ralph Breaks the Internet but miraculously fixes, in his own animated way, those seasonal stresses.
For those who feel right at home among the stresses, Vox Lux is soon to arrive, searching for success and clearly feeling the pressure her worthy competition inspires.
What will inspire moviegoers this weekend?
